Cartridge preparation
1. Remove the cartridge cap by rotating and pulling it.
2. Remove the static mixer and place it in the cartridge head and connect it
3. Put the cartridge in the gun and press it a little.
4. When the glue coming out of the static mixer is uniform, you can use the glue.
How to run
1. The spiral element in the static mixer must be clearly visible. (Never use the mixer’s static-free adhesive).
2. Before impregnating the surfaces with glue, remove the surfaces from any dust and fat.
3. Impregnate the required amount of glue mixed by the static mixer with the surface to be connected.
4. Place the two pieces on top of each other and keep the joint fixed until the glue hardens (polymerization) completely.
5. After finishing the work, disconnect the static mixer connected to the cartridge. If the processing time is exceeded, use a new stytec mixer and remove the material covering the cartridge opening if necessary.
